The official newspaper published today, Tuesday, the decision of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, No. 1 93 of 2016, to issue the law of the union of media. The first article published in the Official Gazette, in its issue today, included the provisions of the accompanying law relating to the Syndicate of Media. The second article of the resolution stipulates that the Prime Minister, after the approval of the government, shall issue a decision to form a temporary committee of eleven media experts from the public and private media who shall take the procedures of establishing the media union, Conditions Of membership provided for in the accompanying law. The committee shall have a chairman, two deputies and a treasurer, and shall be determined by the decision issued by its formation.
